Hello everyone I want to share my personal experience into aviation industry. How I self prepared without any courses for ground staff and cabin crew. 

So, Guys just tell me who don’t want to work as a cabin crew, ground force and pilot etc. 

We all knows that Aviation industry is the fastest growing company, so here is no chance to shut down in future, so everyone want to create their careers into this fields after 12th or graduation, Don't you think it is quite good job? working into the airport for long time. Those who don’t want to go for further studies, who want to earn good money they can try this job after 12th or graduation, and if your are getting good salary lavish lifestyle, traveling from one place to another meeting new people’s, free tickets for you and family members (u have to pay some tax amount) and many more who want to miss this opportunity Right, 

Let’s get inside the story, 

Most of the Candidates trying to get this airport jobs by taking course from aviation institutes ( for the placement) in particular airlines, I tried many times to get into reputed airlines even I joined institutes to get the better placement (It's not that, they will not give the placement, they will, but u have to check everything before getting into the institutes, most of the institutes will eat your money so don't go randomly verify it before joining ) apart of that, later I comes to know going coaching is wasting time and money until n unless if u don’t have that confidence to speak for yourself in the interview u want get this job this is my experience for almost 3 years. You want believe I tried more then 10 times but I get rejected for both domestic n international airlines. 

So, my lovely reader i just want to pass my experience to you all, so that u can be aware before going to this field or interviews.

Note on cabin crew:

Try to face interviews at least more then 5/10 times and then see the results, if u not got selected don't feel sad, at least u have try something new and learned the process, If your lucky enough u can crack in your 1st try.

After trying a lot you comes to know everything, what’s going inside for the particular airlines. so you can prepare for next interviews this is the way u can learned by yourself.

Before applying check the eligibility criteria for the crew.

Then u can try, remember u have to be self prepared for every rounds like for gd and self intro. Don’t mug up it should be your own lines and be confident while giving the answers don’t lie (it’s depends on you on your particular situation)

Grooming is very important in aviation industry, groom your personality be well groomed.

And don’t even think that good luck will work here they knows everything. For eg (if you are short height girl or boy along with marks in body which are visible, but you have hidden them by applying cosmetics) in this case they will not allow to attend the interviews. before going to the rounds they will check height, weight and marks. even u have to fill the form. 

So, dear candidates please don’t feel demotivated accept the truth which is not meant to be don’t give a try , you feel very uncomfortable in front of everyone. They will reject you without taking any interviews n resume it will hurt you, so better don’t attempt this post. If you are airlines seeker i will prefer you to try for ground staff. 

If you are perfect in everything, but due to height u are getting rejected then u can go for another options.

Note for ground force:

Education qualification : Graduates is compulsory but in some airlines 12th candidates they hire I tried many time for indigo for ground force. 

Passport is needed without passport don’t attend the interview, more then 500 candidates will be attending the interview like you, they will filter the candidates to say them go back try again with passport, so be ready before going for the interview. Sometimes u can request to them but not sure if u have good bond or connections they will pass through you.

For height here is no problem but in weight it can be sometimes they can ask u questions, but it depends again on you how to answer the interviewers.

Grooming also play vital role here you should be well groomed wear professional clothes and make up don’t try to look extra by applying lots of cosmetics. 

Last but not the least they will check your grammatical errors the way you talk your eye contact body language n all. Always give pleasant smile while giving answers.

Whenever you are going to CHECK other airlines career you have to write for eg. carer jet airways the one which comes first with carer link u have to open that site u will get the full details.

Lastly for those candidates who believe on destiny if you are made for flying high in the sky no 1 can snatch your opportunity from you.
