Who doesn't want a flawless, glowing skin?. Women of every age wants it, including myself. Flawless itself means "perfect" and nobody in this world is born perfect or with a perfect skin but everybody wants to have that perfect skin.

Nowadays women are ready to even spend a big fortune just to get that flawless, glowing skin. I personally feel that instead of spending too much of money on cosmetic surgeries and expensive creams, why don't we follow, some natural remedies to get that glowing skin.

So, my lovely readers, today i will be posting on this blog the SIX steps, which every girl must follow to get that 'FLAWLESS' skin.

Step No.1#
                  DIET PLAN

You can follow all the skin care regime but it will give you shine only, if, you cleanse your body from inside and get rid of all the toxins. So detoxify your body and maintain a healthy diet plan which would include healthy food like green vegetables, lot of fruits and nuts. Try to avoid oily and unhealthy food which is not only going to harm your health but also your skin.

Step No.2#
                 Water!

Water play an vital role in our daily life so guys try to kip urself hydrated all day long. Drink lots of water atleast 1/2 litre per day it is very helpful for ur skin and health too.

Step No.3#  
                   Go Natural 

Try using natural ingredients like coconut oil,aloevera gel and honey. The best part in these home remedies ingredients is  there is no side effects it will help soften up ur skin. I suggest try to avoid using highly added chemicals products which is not good for skin it may cause u skin allergy, irritation can cause breakouts. 

{Until unless ur satisfy with ur daily care products u can go for it}

Step No 4#
                  Skin Care Routine 

Before we begin testing is most important guys check before applying in ur face whether it’s suitable or not for ur skin. Just try it individually so you don’t overload ur skin. Because everyone skin is different so this is a general guide. 
Day Routine 1) Cleanser 
                       2) Toner
                       3) Moistures/ Day Cream
                       4)Sunscrean 
Don’t walk out without applying Sunscreen in ur face choose accordingly ur skin type. 

Night Care   1) Cleanser 
                     2) Toner
                     3) Spot Treatment 
                     4)  Serum
                      5) Night Cream/Moistures
                      6) Eye cream 
{Point 3/6 if ur facing with acne/scars/dark spot/dark circles u can go for it. Rest u can use as it is for ur night Routine}

Step No 5#
                 Sleep 💤Sleep 💤

A good night’s sleep can mean good skin health bcoz while we sleep our body make more of the stress hermone cortisol. Getting a good night’s sleep will help to clear up skin,which allow sleep to improve and, in turn, will improve skin health.
